Dale Que Hablas

Terms and conditions

These terms govern the contracting of Spanish classes offered by Dale Que Hablas. Hiring any service implies full acceptance of these conditions.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Subject

This document regulates the provision of Spanish-as-a-foreign-language teaching services between Noelia Coral Gallardo Romero (the Teacher) and the student who hires the services.

2. Teacher's details

Trading name: Dale Que Hablas

Owner: Noelia Coral Gallardo Romero

Spanish Tax ID: 76437888X

Professional address: Málaga, España

Email: [email protected]

3. Services offered

The Teacher offers the following 1-to-1 private classes, online or in person in Málaga:

  • Level test: 2 hours for €30. Includes initial level test and a tailored syllabus proposal. The amount is deductible if a pack is hired afterwards.
  • Essentials Pack: 20 hours for €600 (€30/h). Includes the level test. Extendable at €25 per additional hour.
  • Fluency Pack: 50 hours for €1,200 (€24/h). Includes the level test. Extendable at €25 per additional hour.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in euros. Classes are VAT-exempt under article 20.Uno.10º of Spanish Act 37/1992 on Value Added Tax.

Payment is made by Bizum or bank transfer before the first class. The Teacher issues an invoice at the student's request.

The Teacher may update prices in the future with prior notice. Already-signed contracts keep the originally agreed price.

5. Contracting process

The student contacts the Teacher via WhatsApp or the site's contact form. After the initial conversation, the Teacher confirms the terms and payment details by email.

Once payment is received, the Teacher confirms the booking and agrees the class schedule with the student.

6. Pack duration and expiry

Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of the first class. Additional hours are also valid for 6 months from the date they are paid for.

7. Cancellations and changes

Class changes or cancellations must be notified by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours in advance. In that case the class is rescheduled at no cost.

If the cancellation happens less than 24 hours before, or the student does not attend, the class may be counted as given.

If the Teacher has to cancel a class, it is rescheduled on a date agreed with the student. In case of continuous impossibility, the proportional part of unused classes is refunded.

8. Right of withdrawal

The student has 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without the need to justify, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer Protection Act).

If the student expressly requests classes to start before that period ends, the right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully provided. If it has been partially provided, the proportional part already delivered must be paid for.

9. Teaching materials

Materials prepared by the Teacher are her intellectual property. The student receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for learning. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Data protection

Personal data provided by the student is processed as described in the Privacy policy.

11. Confidentiality

The Teacher undertakes to treat with confidentiality the personal, professional or academic information she accesses in the course of her activity.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons. The version applicable to each contract is the one published on the site at the time of hiring; subsequent changes do not apply retroactively.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute related to the service, and without prejudice to consumer rights, the parties submit to the Courts of Málaga.

14. Alternative dispute resolution

A consumer student who has a cross-border dispute with the Teacher may contact the European Consumer Centre in Spain, which offers free information and assistance. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
